  • Subscription Order Confirmation: Subscription must be paid in full before the order can be confirmed. Subscriber will receive an order confirmation via phone call or email within five (5) working days from receipt of payment. Please contact us at asiantravel@asiantravelermagazine.com or (02) 8128214. if you have not received an order confirmation after the prescribed waiting period.

  • Start of Subscription: For paid subscription orders received on the 1st to 16th of the month, magazine deliveries will start the next month. Otherwise, deliveries will start two months after.

  • Continuous Service Program: Your subscriptions will renew for subsequent terms until you send us a notification indicating your unsubscription. At the end of each term you'll receive reminder notices followed by invoices for the low renewal rates then in effect. You can cancel at any time and receive a refund on all unmailed issues.
